Accomplishments

On August 4th, 2010, JGBLI achieved Korea Trade Representative with the State of Maryland and its government, and following are the accomplishments

 

2010-01

  • Collaboration for effecting the agreement on Korea and U.S. FTA (Duk-Soo Han, Ambassador)
  • Accomplishment of MOU with Toddy Company (Young-Ho Lee, CEO), recommended by Korean Ministry of
  • Knowledge Economy (Entering the U.S.’ Clean-Environmental Market)

    • Planning of Hansung Group’s Entering in the U.S. market (Entering the U.S. Clean-Environmental Industry / Visitation from Hansung Elcomtech)

2010-02

  • Reinforcement in relationship between Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy (Kyung Huh, Director) and Bio Association(Jung Sun Suh, Chairman) (Agreed on establishment of Korea-Maryland, USA Bio Expo)
  • Participated in International Bio Expo (Martin O’Malley, Governor of Maryland announced opening of Korea-Maryland, USA Bio Expo)
  • Agreed on cooperation for KM Bio Expo with Bio InfoCenter
  • Gyeongnam Bio 21 Center’s visitation schedule in Maryland proceed
  • Soonchunhyang University’s (Sang-Ki Lee,Dean) developmental center 23 people came for industrial inspection and education
